Overview

BraandStudio immersive 3D Website Design

During hackathon week at school, our team consisted of an Art Director, a Marketing & Communication manager, and UX/UI Designers. We had the opportunity to collaborate with Braand Studio, a creative studio specializing in WEB3 and NFTs, to develop a digital ecosystem for the Z-Monster project.

BUSINESS NEEDS

Client request

This collaboration included launching a marketing campaign called "FOR FUTURE" to celebrate the community of creative builders in WEB3. Our task was to build a 3D website for the event in preparation for the upcoming "Free mint" of 100 NFTs.

Project goals

  • Creating an interactive 3D website to elevate the DNA of Braand Studio and the essence of their NFTs collection.

  • Highlighten envionmental sustainbality aspects in the WEB3 context.

  • Providing a unique and immersive event experience with a dynamic marketing strategy to expand and diversify the Z-monster community.

  • Encouraging participants to personalize their ā€œFree mintā€ achievements to create the challenge aspects for all participants

DESIGN PROCESS

We employed the design thinking process to brainstorm our ideas and to deliver a effective solution that aligns with clientā€™s objectives.

RESEARCH PROCESS

Stage 1

Moodboard and Concept

Initially, we organized an extensive research workshop focused on web3 to gain a comprehensive understanding of NFTs and Blockchain. Subsequently, we curated visual inspirations and create a moodboard that establishes the overarching aesthetic direction. This phase helps us align our vision regarding the design direction and laid the groundwork for the ensuing design iterations.

Stage 2

User Personas

We conducted interviews with client to gain a deeper understanding of their overarching vision for the project and to indentify target users that the client aimes to reach. This step help align the design strategy with the client's business goal and target users.


2 types of users targeted for the project:

  • Students interested in web3.

  • Professionals in web3.

IDEATIONS/ INSIGHTS

  • Interactive 3D Website : To differentiate from competitors, we've developed an interactive 3D website to cultivate an immersive and engaging atmosphere for the event. This 3D website is user-friendly and well-structured , facilitating easy navigation and providing seamless access to event information.

  • Competitve challenge : In order to challenge our participants,we implemented a competition plan of creating NFTs. This initiative is aligned with the 1000 Free Mint event, where participants are encouraged to customize their Z-Monster and subsequently auction them off.

  • Sustainable and ecological communication : Our communication strategy involves collaborating with WWF, a non-profit organization dedicated to environmental protection. This partnership reminds us about the environmental impacts of WEB3 technology and reinforce our commitment to sustainability.

UI & Interaction Design

we completed our solution by integrating web3 elements such as 3D design and interactive features to align with the immersive theme. Additionally, we maintained a user-friendly aspect to clearly present event information for viewers.
